As the founder and CEO of Navchetna in Mirzapur, he has led a team of 196 people who have planted 80 lakh trees for the carbon credit project and agroforestry. He has also been a vocal advocate for water conservation, running campaigns to raise awareness about the issue.
Mukesh Pandey has initiated a tree audit of the Mirzapur region, counting all the native trees in the 30 villages of the area. He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in NGO Management from EDII Ahmedabad, Gujarat and is a trained SIYB (ILO’s flagship program) trainer. Mukesh has been working towards promoting green entrepreneurship among FPOs, farmers, and SHG members for a decade, and is passionate about making a positive impact on society through Srishti Eco Endeavours and his team.

Ms. Aparna Srivastava from Lucknow is a certified Master Trainer from International Labor Organization.

She is a social activist who left her banking career and has an experience of 16 years. As a social worker she has worked in a variety of settings with framework of relevant legislations and procedures supporting individuals, families, children, members from LGBTQ community. She has worked with various ministries, Government organizations, Funding agencies like Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Tech Mahindra Foundation, Smile Foundation. She has also completed a certificate program from UN Women.
She has been a part of research study on “Socio Economic conditions of people staying in bordering areas of Pakistan Rajasthan Borders “for Ministry of Home Affairs. Her research work was submitted to PMO. She is founder of Guiding Souls Trust and Strategic Solutions along with consultant with Amrita Vishwa Vidya Peet ham.
